Peter Richter
Director
Peter is the founder of D G Jones Australia. After working with Don Jones in the middle east for a number of years, he returned to Australia in 1980 and set up a practice in Melbourne. Working on many prestigious projects in Australia and Asia including the Parliament House project, resorts in Bali and Fiji and the Rivage Royale in Queensland, Peter has developed a wealth of experience as a project manager.

Robert Ware
Director
Rob Ware has over 40 years experience in the building industry, particularly in building services. Rob has worked on both the consulting and on the contracting side of the fence and brings to the firm considerable skill and experience in project management and contract administration as well as business management.

Harry McIver
Practice Principal
Harry McIver is a highly regarded Quantity Surveyor with over 30 years experience in all facets of the profession.  Harry also has a particular interest in the area of dispute resolution and has additional qualifications as an arbitrator and adjudicator.

Serina Yu
Associate
Serina has packed a huge amount into her relatively short time in the industry, combining  periods with two other Quantity Surveying practices and a progressive young building firm, as well as a recently completed Masters in Property and Construction. As well as youth and abundant enthusiasm, she brings significant expertise in cost planning and contract administration to the practice.
